If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 14 days upon receiving, please follow the steps below to return the item.
Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 805-405-4096 to arrange for a pre paid shipping label, which will be sent to you via email.
The item must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and all accessories.
Once the item is received by us we will promptly refund you 100% of your original purchase price including the original shipping charge less a $20 restocking fee. You will be notified the refund was completed, and please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Payment and Sales Tax:
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a California address.
Our current lead time for set ups and to ship out is posted in Electric Guitars and the Clearance section of our website. When it ships you will be emailed a UPS tracking number. Guitars and cases ship separately.
