If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 14 days upon receiving, please follow the steps below to return the item.
Contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone 805-405-4096 to arrange for a pre paid shipping label, which will be sent to you via email.
The item (guitar or case) must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, original packaging, and all accessories.
Any free / promo items included in original purchase must be returned in mint condition. If not returned the price of these items will be deducted from refund.
Once the item is received within 3 business days we will refund you 100% of your original purchase price including the original shipping charge less a $29 restock fee. The restock fee for Hawaii & Alaska is $59.
You will be notified the refund was completed via email, and please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Please note that if the item is not returned in our original packaging (boxes) there is an additional $59 charge added on to restock fee above.
The restock fee applies to each individual item (guitars + cases) on the order.
Payment and Sales Tax:
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay or PRE PAID Visa or AMEX Gift Cards.
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a California address.
Our lead time for set up and to ship out varies, please check our website for the most up to date information. When it ships you will be emailed a UPS tracking number.
